Shipping policy

Quannessence Skincare offers free shipping on all orders over $100 Canada wide! We also have the option for free pick-up if you live in Summerside, PEI area. For those electing to pick-up their order at our location, pick-ups are available once the order has been fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 excluding taxes. 
• Flat shipping rate of $25 for orders between $0 and $99.99 excluding taxes. 
• All orders are shipped standard or expedited through Canada Post.
• Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping can take 1-7 business days depending on location.
• If we can't fulfill your order you will be notified within 24 hours.

For US market, Quannessence Skincare offers free shipping on all orders over $200. Shipping fees for rders between $0 and $99.99 excluding taxes will vary according to serlected service. Custom/import fees may be applicable and charged upon delievery.
