I love this cream and have been using it for years however the new format of packaging is not to my liking at all. I would much prefer the pump dispenser back. The thing for me is sticking my fingers into the jar every time I use it feels like I'm getting it contaminated.

Hi the product is perfect but the new packaging is so heavy as I travel with the mist. It also tips over so often I find. Personally prefer the older style much better.

This is the first time I reordered a serum since your repackaging decision. I followed the conversion format (on your website) to purchase the product that replaced the one I use to buy. The serum is now dispensed with a pump instead of an eye dropper. I have found that my skin does not respond as well to the new serum. Also, the cost of the product has risen to a level that exceeds what I am willing to pay for the amount of serum I received. I will have to shop elsewhere.

The serum applies easily and it leaves the skin feeling smooth. I haven’t been using it long enough to see the full promised effects, but the first impressions are good.
