Quannessence Skincare offers free shipping on all retail orders over $100 Canada-wide!

We also offer free pick-up if you live in the Summerside, PEI, area. For those electing to pick up their order at our location, pick-ups are available once the order has been fulfilled Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

• Free shipping on all orders over $100, excluding taxes. 
• The flat shipping rate of $25 for orders under $99.99, excluding taxes. 
• All orders are shipped standard or expedited through Canada Post.
• Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping can take 1-7 business days, depending on location.
• If we can't fulfill your order, you will be notified within 24 hours.

For the US market, Quannessence Skincare offers free shipping on all orders over $200.

Shipping fees for orders under $199.99, excluding taxes, will vary according to the selected service. Custom/import fees may be applicable and charged upon delivery.
