I loved everything about this product before the discontinued it a few years ago. When it was relaunched, the product was notably changed, especially the smell. It smells off, kind of a mix of stale and mildewy. I have tried and tried to get past it but I can't, **sigh** and now I have to search for another primer.

We would like to gently clarify that Radiant Silk Complex and QSilk Radiant Primer are two different products. Radiant Silk Complex was a serum, while QSilk was designed as a primer, so the formula, texture, finish, and overall sensorial experience differ.
That said, QSilk should not smell stale, mildewy, or unpleasant. We take any concern about scent very seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. Could you please reply with where the product was purchased and, if available, the lot number printed on the packaging? This will help us better understand what you received and review it properly.
